DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 

STANDARD ORDER TIMEFRAMES

 

Party Box Celebrations strives to get your order out in a timely manner. Placement of orders between Mon - Fri will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will be processed on the following working day and the same process applies. From dispatch, transit times vary depending on upon freight method selected and your location. If unsure about the transit times please phone to confirm with our team. Payment options for your order at check out our credit card and PayPal.  Please note that Direct Deposit payments the funds must be cleared before dispatch of the order. The product lines are dispatched from our warehouse.

 

 

STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES

 

Our standard flat rate is $15 regular delivery anywhere in Australia and $19.95 Express Delivery anywhere in Australia.  Our standard shipping time is 3-5 days after your order is dispatched, depending on where the delivery location is (metro or non-metro). Deliveries are sent via Startrack, Fastway or Australia Post.

 

Please ensure you add a correct street address and delivery instructions on the order when submitting. This includes an authority to leave in a safe location if no one is present as Startrack charge a second delivery fee which is on charged to you. If the couriers shipping charge is large, we reserve the right to contact you to discuss payment of the additional freight costs.

If an item ordered is unavailable at the time of dispatch our staff will contact you to discuss a substitute product or may place the item onto a back order. Estimated freight charges can be found at checkout.

 

RETURNS and CANCELLATION POLICY


Claims for damaged or defective goods or incorrect delivery must be made within three business days of delivery. Goods that have been found to have manufacturing defects will be replaced at no charge or a credit to your account (if applicable) provided a copy of the relevant invoice and photo accompanies the returned item/ s. 

 

Party Box Celebrations will not replace foil balloons which have been:

 

  • Overblown (as indicated by tears along the seam area) burned, or have puncture holes, poorly sealed (as evidenced by wrinkles in the neck of a heat-sealed balloon when supplied flat), exposed to moisture of any form, roughly handled, improperly stored, or balloons exposed to high temperatures or direct sunlight;

 

Party Box Celebrations do not accept any liability or make any warranty in relation to the goods except as provided herein or as required by law. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the goods. Party Box Celebrations will not be liable for any loss or damage which is consequential, indirect or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

Cancellation must be made within two business day from delivery.
